We are trying to complete a RMA transaction. However, the RMA sales order has a line in status 'Awaiting Return Disposition.'
This line status indicates that you have received the item on the dock but you have not delivered it to inventory. You need to go to inventory > receiving > receiving transactions and put it away in inventory.
The next step to perform in order to be able to close the RMA is do a Receiving Transaction from Inventory. Basically you have now received the RMA and not delivered into the Subinventory or stock. Then the RMA will get closed. Still if it is not closed,after this run the Work flow Background Process.
